I’ve mentioned here before how much time Em and I spend in the car driving to co-op and her Saturday morning dance classes which are each a half-hour away. Then, in January and the first half of February, we added many more hours in the car as we drove to and from ballet rehearsals.
So, this year, we are making the most of that time to listen to some books on CD. We are having a blast listening to some really great books that we just haven’t gotten around to reading.
Our Favorite Family Audiobooks
So far, since August, we have listened to the following books on CD:
- How to Train Your Dragon
- The Magician’s Nephew
- The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
- The Horse and His Boy
- Prince Caspian (we’re about 2/3 done with this one)
Our immediate plan is to finish the Chronicles of Narnia series, but I don’t know what we’ll listen to next. What do you suggest? What have you been listening to?
