I am combining my family and homeschool blogs under one ‘roof’. I just can’t keep up with all the separate blogs. So, I’m going to combine the content here. I will slowly move my favorite posts over here so they’ll all be in one place.
This is my hubby, Matt, and me.
We’ve been married for an eternity , and I wouldn’t change it for the world!
I am so blessed to have the privilege of staying home with my three kids.
I homeschool them all. We’re in our 9th year of homeschooling!!
Logan, 17, 11th grade
I can’t believe he is 17!! It seems like just yesterday… But, that’s another story. He is super-involved in the youth group at our church. He also enjoys attending Young Life meetings when he’s not working. He enjoys coaching in our church’s Upward sports leagues, too. When he’s not at church, he’s probably at work at Toys R Us. He loves his job! I don’t love waiting up for him to get off work during the holidays, but I’m glad he’s enjoying himself. Logan is a sweet soul with a strong heart for the Lord. He enjoys sharing his love for the Lord with the kids he coaches!
Isaac, 12, 7th grade
Isaac is an old soul in a 12-year old body. He’s a deep thinker and a hard worker (as long as it’s not the dishes he’s working on). He is best buds with his sister. He loves to create things with his hands, and excels in his pottery classes. He recently started taking gymnastics classes, and is really enjoying himself. He hopes to run a few 5K’s in the upcoming year. (Which means momma needs to get back on that treadmill, too!).
Emma Grace, 7, 2nd grade
Emma Grace is a true girly-girl! She is my mini-me! She enjoys dancing. She takes ballet, tap, and jazz classes, and she dances competitively in a group of 4 second graders at our dance studio. Emma is a nerd like me, too. She always has her nose buried in a book! I have a hard time keeping up with books she can read as she reads far above grade-level. She keeps me on my toes. She also loves to do art and crafts. She loves to draw, paint, write stories, sew, etc. My mini-me, I tell ya!
So, that’s a bit about me and my family.
Thanks for joining me here and joining in as I chronicle
This Sweet Life of Mine.
