Things to Do In Las Vegas with Kids

Things to Do In Las Vegas with Kids

Let’s admit it… Las Vegas is known as the vacation hub for adults. The walk of shame, the drunken Elvis wedding, losing hard at Black Jack and much, much more… this is what the sin city is known for. However, this place is a family vacation spot too! There are lots and lots of good places hidden here that a child would definitely love to go to. Apart from every child’s #1 dream to visit Disney World, there are hundreds of other places that offer adventure, fun, and excitement to children.

We have come up with 5 things that you can do with your kids while visiting Las Vegas:

1. M&M’s World

Yes, you read that right… an M&M’s World where even a grownup turns into a child! This wonderful store has four floors filled with every kind of M&M’s. So, hand your child a bag and let them go crazy over the colorful display of M&M’s that will probably give them a sugar rush but they certainly won’t forget this day. The store even has a station where kids can personalize M&M’s with their own message.

2. Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.

Every kid dreams of being a superhero and this place gives them the perfect chance to become a member of the earth’s mightiest heroes. The place offers Tactical Intelligence Operative and Scientific Training through interactive exhibits and mini games. The kids become an operative and read case files of Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and Captain America. Through the mini games, the kids enter a mission on the app and then are tasked with saving the world.

3. Game Works

Game Works is an arcade that offers more than 200 games for kids and adults to enjoy. Thousands of kids come here every day to try their hands at some old and many new games. A few of the most popular games here are Pac-Man, Dance Revolution, Centipede, and Asteroids.

4. Voodoo Zip Line

The Voodoo Zip Line is one the best attractions in Las Vegas, if you want to have a bird’s eye view of all the buildings. The beauty you see when sailing in between the Rio Hotel Towers is an adrenaline rush that is less terrifying than a roller coaster ride. Around 450 feet high, you will be strapped into a chair with a buckle and safety harness… and then down you go!

5. Wet n’ Wild

Wet n’ Wild is an oasis for water lovers. This place offers many adventurous and thrilling water rides for kids and adults. Some of the best rides include Canyon Cliffs, Hoover Half Pipe, Royal Flush Extreme, Tornado and the kiddie corner’s Paradise Falls. The Royal Flush Extreme is always jam packed as the small ride offers a big rush that is over in seconds but is definitely worth the wait!

These places barely scratch the surface, as there are many more attractions such as KISS by Monster Mini Golf, AdventureDome Theme Park, SlotZilla Zip Line, Hershey’s Chocolate World, Mirage Volcano and more. So, if you are planning on vacationing in Las Vegas this summer, then bring your kids along to have a fun filled time as a family.
